PHASE 1: LAUNCHPAD • 100% FREE • NO CODE • NO JARGON • JUST BUILD IT
Your first app, your first website, your first plan to get paid — in 2 hours.
You only need to know how to chat with AI. That's it. In this course you describe what you want in plain English, AI builds it, and you follow the steps, copy the prompts, and check things off as you go.
Works on a phone, tablet, or laptop.
RULE 01Done beats perfect
Your first version will be ugly. Ship it anyway. You can improve it in 10 minutes later — you can't improve something that doesn't exist.
RULE 02Talk, don't type code
If something looks broken, tell the AI in plain words: “The button does nothing when I tap it.” It will fix it. That's the whole skill.
RULE 03One small thing
Pick ONE tiny problem for ONE type of person. Small apps get finished. Big apps get abandoned.
🧰 What you need (all free to start)
💬An AI chatbot — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Muse. The one you already use is fine.
🛠️An AI builder — a tool on this page can make your app/website for you. You'll pick one in Lesson 2.
⏱️2 focused hours — phone on silent. Use the timer at the top of this page.
💳A way to get paid later — Stripe or Gumroad (free to join). You only set this up when you're ready to charge.
🏁 By 2:00 you'll walk away with…
A working app someone can actually use
A live website with your name on it
A simple plan to charge monthly — and your first 10 people to offer it to
The course — 6 lessons, 120 minutes
Tap a lesson to open it. Do them in order. Each one ends with a clear “you're done when…” so you always know when to move on.
Think of people, not productsWho do you know? Dog walkers, realtors, busy parents, coaches, cleaners, food trucks, church groups, gamers… Pick a group you understand or can talk to this week.
Name one annoying, repeated taskSomething they do every week that wastes time: booking, reminding, quoting, tracking, following up, making lists. Repeated = they'll pay monthly to make it go away.
Say it in one sentence“I help [who] do [what] without [the annoying part].” If you can't say it in one sentence, it's too big. Shrink it.
Steal the idea-picker belowTap your interest, get 5 starter ideas, pick the one that makes you go “oh, that's easy.” Easy is good. Easy gets finished.
🎲 Idea Picker — tap one, get 5 starters
These are deliberately small. Each one can be built in this course and charged for monthly.
Copy & paste this into your AI chatbot
Act like a friendly business coach. I want to build one tiny app today. The people I know best are: [TYPE WHO — e.g. dog walkers, realtors, busy moms]. Give me 5 super simple app ideas that solve one annoying weekly task for them. Each idea must: work on a phone, need no shopping cart, and be something a person might pay $10–$30 a month for. Keep each idea to 2 short sentences. No jargon.
Watch out: Don't pick an idea that needs lots of other people's data, medical/legal advice, or payments on day one. Version 1 = the simplest helpful version.
✅You're done when… you can say your one sentence out loud without pausing: who it's for, what it does, what pain it removes.
Pick your builder (2 min)Any of these work — don't overthink it: Muse / ChatGPT / Claude (ask it to “build me a web app I can open”), Lovable, Bolt, or Replit (type what you want, it builds a real app), or right here in Muse — just ask for an app. Free tiers are enough today.
Feed it your build prompt (3 min)Use the App Prompt Builder below. Fill in 4 blanks, copy the result, paste it into your builder. This one prompt does the heavy lifting.
Wait, then tap EVERYTHING (10 min)When it appears, act like a customer. Tap every button, type into every box, try to break it. Write down anything weird — in plain words.
Fix by talking (10 min)Paste your list back to the AI: “Fix these 3 things: 1… 2… 3…” Wait for the new version. Repeat once. Two fix rounds is plenty for today.
Make it yours (5 min)Ask: “Change the title to [your name], use [your favorite color], and make the buttons bigger for phones.” Small touches make it feel real.
🪄 App Prompt Builder
Fill these in and get a ready-to-paste build prompt.
The magic fix-it prompt — use it all day
Something isn't working. Here is what happens: [DESCRIBE IT SIMPLY — e.g. “When I tap Save, nothing happens and my entry disappears.”] Please fix it, keep everything else the same, and tell me in one short sentence what you changed. Don't use technical words.
✅You're done when… your app opens, its main button works, and you could show it to a friend without apologizing for a broken screen.
Your page needs only 5 parts (in this order)1) Big headline = your one sentence from Lesson 1. 2) “Sound familiar?” — the annoying problem, in their words. 3) What your app does — 3 short bullet points. 4) A picture or screenshot of your app. 5) One button: “Try it” or “Join the waitlist.” That's the whole website.
Generate the words first (5 min)Use the Website Prompt Builder below — it writes your headline, bullets, and button text for you.
Build the page (10 min)Paste the result into your AI builder and say “make this a one-page website.” Or use a free site builder (Carrd, Framer, Wix) and paste the words in yourself.
Add the link to your app (5 min)Your one button should go to your app from Lesson 2. No app link yet? Make the button open an email form or a simple “I'm interested” form instead.
The 5-second test (5 min)Read only the headline out loud. Would a stranger get it in 5 seconds? If not, ask AI: “Make my headline clearer for someone who knows nothing about this.”
🌐 Website Words Generator
Reuses your idea — just add the pain and the payoff.
✅You're done when… your page opens on your phone, the headline makes sense in 5 seconds, and there's exactly ONE obvious button to tap.
The trust checklist — fix any that are missingYour name or business name somewhere visible • A way to contact you (email is fine) • No leftover sample text like “Lorem ipsum” or “Your title here” • It works on your phone, not just your laptop • Buttons big enough for a thumb.
Ask AI to be your picky friendUse the prompt below. It will spot the embarrassing stuff you'd miss.
Add one “proof” elementA screenshot of the app working, a quote from someone who tried it (“This saved me 20 minutes — Sarah”), or even “Built for local dog walkers in [your town].” Real and specific beats fancy.
Copy & paste — the picky friend review
Look at my app/website like a picky first-time customer who trusts nothing. List the 5 things that look unfinished, confusing, or untrustworthy — in plain words, most important first. Then fix the top 3 yourself and tell me what you changed in one sentence each.
✅You're done when… you'd be comfortable sending the link to someone whose opinion you care about.
“Recurring revenue” just means: people pay you every month, like Netflix, instead of once. For a tiny helpful app, that's the best kind of money — predictable, and it stacks up. You don't need thousands of people. You need a handful who'd miss it if it vanished.
🧮 The “how much could this make?” calculator
Drag the sliders. Watch how small numbers become real money.
Reality check: 25 people is one dog-walking route, one gym, two real-estate offices. You probably already know 25 people.
YOU'D MAKE

🎁 Try it free first
Free for 14 days or for the first 5 uses, then monthly. Removes the fear of trying.
Best if strangers find you
Ask for the card later
Remind them before it ends
Write your money sentence“[App name] is $[price]/month after a free try. It pays for itself if it saves you [one thing — e.g. one hour a week].” If it saves an hour a week, $19 is a bargain and you can say so.
Decide how you'll collect it (don't build it today)Simplest first: a Stripe payment link or a Gumroad page — both free, both take 10 minutes when you're ready. Paste that link behind your website's button. Done. No complicated setup today.
Plan to keep people (this is where monthly money lives)People stay when it keeps helping. Your plan: one small improvement a month + one friendly check-in message a month. That's it. Ask AI for ideas using the prompt below.
Copy & paste — your 30-day money plan
Make me a simple 30-day plan to get my first 10 paying customers for a small app. The app: [YOUR ONE SENTENCE FROM LESSON 1]. Price: [YOUR PRICE]/month. I can spend 30 minutes a day and I know people in this world already. Give me week-by-week actions in plain words: who to message, what to say (write the actual messages), and what to offer. No ads, no jargon, nothing that costs money.
✅You're done when… you have a price, a money sentence, and a way to collect it picked out — even if you switch it on next week.
List 10 names (5 min)People who have the problem: friends, coworkers, clients, people in a Facebook group or at your gym. Names, not “everyone.” Write them in the Launch Sheet below.
Send the honest message (5 min)Use the script below. It's honest (“I just built this”), specific, and asks for a try — not a sale. People say yes to helping + trying far more than to buying.
Fill in your Launch Sheet (5 min)Everything from today in one place. Download it. It's your proof and your to-do list for week one.
Copy, personalize, send — the first-10 message
Hi [NAME] — quick one. I just built a little app that [YOUR ONE SENTENCE — e.g. “helps dog walkers send owners a tidy report after every walk”]. You're one of the first people I thought of. Would you try it free this week and tell me honestly what's annoying about it? Here's the link: [YOUR LINK]. No pressure at all if it's not for you.
✅You're done when… at least 3 messages are actually sent. Sent beats perfect. The course ends with real people holding your link.
📋 My Launch Sheet
Fill this in as you go (or at the end). Download it and keep it — this one page is your whole business plan for week one.

😅 Stuck? Read this first
Everyone hits these. Each one has a 60-second fix.
“The AI made the wrong thing”
Don't start over. Say: “Keep the layout, but change it so that [what you actually wanted].” Small corrections beat fresh starts, every time.
“It looks broken / ugly”
Screenshot it if you can, or describe it: “The words overlap on my phone.” Then add: “Make it clean and simple like an Apple app.” AI understands comparisons.
“I don't know the right words”
There are none. Talk like you'd talk to a helpful neighbor doing you a favor. If the AI uses a word you don't know, say: “Explain that like I'm 12.”
“Nobody will pay for this”
Maybe. You'll find out from your 10 people — for free — this week. Their complaints are your roadmap. Every paid app started as a rough first version.
“I'm out of time”
Skip polish, keep the plan. An ugly working app + a price + 10 names beats a beautiful half-finished one. You can polish next weekend in 30 minutes.
“What do I build next?”
Nothing new. Improve the one thing your first users complain about most. Depth beats new features until 10 people are paying you.
YOU DID PHASE 1: LAUNCHPAD → PHASE 2 • THE NEXT LEVEL • 3 HOURS • 6 LESSONS
ELEVATE
Launchpad got you built and launched. Now make it look — and work — like a professional built it.
Here's the honest truth Launchpad can't fix in 2 hours: people judge your app in about five seconds, and they judge it by how it looks and feels. A working app that looks amateur gets closed, not bought — even when it does something genuinely useful. Clunky screens, cramped buttons, random colors, and half-finished features quietly tell strangers "don't trust this with your money."
So that's Phase 2: three focused hours (6 lessons) on UI/UX — the look, the feel, and the finishing functionality — taking the app and website you built in Launchpad from amateur to ultra professional, using AI to do the heavy lifting in the same plain-English, copy-the-prompt, no-jargon style.
🎓 LAUNCHPAD — PHASE 1 — WAS 100% FREE. NO CARD, NO CATCH. ELEVATE IS THE PAID NEXT STEP.
PART 1
🔍 See it like a pro
A UI/UX audit of your app & website — what looks amateur, and why
The 5-second test: what a stranger thinks before they think anything
Fix the confusing spots: hierarchy, spacing, and "where do I tap?"
PART 2
🎨 Look ultra professional
A real color & type system — no more random colors and mixed fonts
Clean layouts, generous spacing, and buttons that look tappable
Brand polish: logo, name, and a look that's identical on app & website
Phone-perfect and accessible — readable and usable for everyone
PART 3
✨ Bells & whistles
A friendly welcome / onboarding flow instead of a blank first screen
Search, filters, and save/favorites — the features people expect
Tasteful motion, notifications, and share buttons that feel alive
Proof that sells: reviews, results, and screenshots in the right places
PART 4
⚙️ Real functionality, pro finish
Accounts and saved data, so the app remembers its users
Forms that actually work — and checkout that doesn't scare people off
Loading, empty, and error states: no more dead ends or blank screens
The 50-point Pro Polish checklist + your before/after reveal
You walk out of Elevate with:
An app & website that look designed, not assembled
One pro design system — colors, fonts, spacing — used everywhere
At least 3 "bells & whistles" features your version 1 didn't have
Real functionality: accounts, saved data, working forms & checkout
Every awkward state handled — loading, empty, and error screens
A before/after you can proudly show — and charge more for
Regular tuition: $299
$29 today only
SAVE $270 — 90% OFF
The Launchpad finisher price. Claim it now, before you finish Phase 1 — once this offer closes, Elevate enrolls at the full $299.
One-time offer. $29 is offered once, right here, to people finishing Launchpad. It is not a sale that comes back next week.
Launchpad finishers only. You had to build in Phase 1 to see this price — the public price for Elevate is $299.
Tuition locks your seat — nothing else does. No free holds and no "save my spot" list. Your seat is locked in only when your $29 tuition is paid in full.
When it's gone, it's gone. Leave this offer behind and any seat still open is $299.
💳 Enroll in Elevate — $29 today, $299 after this offer
Three steps, in order. The form alone does not hold a seat — step 2 is what locks you in.
STEP 1Fill in your detailsYour name, email, and what you built in Launchpad.
STEP 2Pay the $29 tuition on SquareFull payment today at the Launchpad finisher price (regular tuition is $299) — use the Square pay button below.
STEP 3Seat lockedOnly after tuition is paid is your Elevate seat confirmed and your invite sent.
The button opens Square's secure checkout in a new tab — that's where Elevate tuition is actually paid. Your seat is locked only once that $29 payment is complete.
Your enrollment card shows the $29 Launchpad finisher price (regular $299), includes the Square payment link above, and is marked "awaiting tuition — seat not locked" until that payment is complete. Once paid, your seat is locked at $29 and your Elevate invite goes to the email above.
Launchpad got you a product — for free. Elevate makes it ultra professional: $29 if you act now, $299 after. And once it looks the part? Phase 3 is waiting below. 🎨
COMING AFTER PHASE 2: ELEVATE → PHASE 3 • 4 HOURS • GET SEEN, GET CUSTOMERS
FLOODGATES
Elevate makes it look pro. Floodgates gets the world to find it.
This is the teaser waiting on the back of Elevate — because once your app looks ultra professional, one problem is left: a brilliant app nobody finds makes exactly $0. Getting users, subscribers, and downloads — showing up in search rankings, pulling in traffic, and turning strangers into people who pay you every month — is the third skill, and it's the one that decides whether your app stays a polished project or becomes real, recurring income.
Phase 3 is four focused hours on getting found and getting customers — using AI to do the heavy lifting, in the same plain-English, copy-the-prompt style as Launchpad and Elevate.
